1. StarPort (A= Best,B,C=Average, D,E,F,G = Worst,X = none,Y
2. Size 0-B 8 = Earth
3. Atmosphere 0-F Earth = 7
4. Hydrographics % of surface water. 0-9
5. Population 0-B Earth = 9
6. Government 0-F
7. Law level 0-M Lower the number, less law
8. Tech level 1-I 1= caveman, 7 to 8 would be earth now, A+ is intersteller.

The minimum information that the tool is looking for is the Starport - 1st position and the population - 5th position. The other positions can be most any alphanumeric value. However the tool may also use the Government, Law Level, and Tech level to generate a more complete list of businesses for that port. I share this as users from other genres may not need that much detail and just want a quick generic listing. As an example, using C834776-9 will give a generic result.
