Qzufarazu appears to be uninhabited. It has no government structure, and its laws are unrestrictive. Its tech is equivalent to the stone age.
There is an old abandoned research facility on this planet. It still has power from a reactor. The reason the facility was abandonded was that the native bacteria are rapid mutators and will infect any organisms that on on the planet for very long. The research facility still has a working reactor and so has power. It has a working radio that will reach most of the system. But players who are there longer than a few days will have a chance of contracting a disease. Start rolling dice onced daily after the 3rd day and on a 4 or less the player has contracted a disease.
